An open living, dining, and kitchen area enjoy stunning Gulf views through multiple French doors that open to a long Gulf-front balcony. After a busy day jumping waves, guests can relax in front of a 65” TV in the living area or prepare fresh-caught fish in the beautiful kitchen. Marble countertops, a 4-burner gas range, and premium appliances provide everything guests need. A dine-in island and an adjacent dining table with bench seating keep the conversation flowing while meals are prepared. A bunkroom off the living area has a twin-over-twin bunk bed.

The location of this property is perfect. As shown in the pictures, you are right on an amazing private beach. Dawson, who sets up and takes down your umbrellas for you every day is extremely friendly and helpful.
This is our second year staying in this gated community and it will not be our last.
There are enough beds in this home to sleep a small army; however, they do not interfere with the flow of the rest of the home as they are located in a large downstairs area primarily.
The provided golf carts and bicycles were a nice extra touch. Additionally, there are lots of beach toys in the garage so go to the house first before running to the beach store.
My favorite thing about this home is the double doors to the living room, dining room and kitchen open to the deck directly overlooking the Gulf of America. The doors open all the way so you can feel like being at the beach without taking the few steps to it.

Wonderful location right on the beach! 3 story home with big balconies, large open living, dining and kitchen on 2 nd floor along with a bunk bedroom and full bath.
3 floor has big master and bath, 2 other nice size bedrooms with one kind and 2 queen beds.
