This was a great condo for our needs! We had 10 women, 2/bed and it was extremely spacious and fit us all very nicely. In my opinion, the photos make it look smaller than it is. Beautiful balcony overlooking the ocean, super comfortable couches and beds, and a spacious dining area. The kitchen was well equipped and views were stunning. We were right next to the hot tub/pool area and private access beach area, which was so nice to be so close! This is within walking distance of a couple restaurants and cafes too. I felt it was close enough to the fun of Seaside and Grayton Beach but gave us some quiet beach time and space from the spring breakers. Highly recommend!

Really loved the property, the view of the water is the big attraction. The location is perfect. The TV's are old and small though, with the master bedroom TV didn't get local service. I like very firm mattresses and the mattress in the main bedroom was very, very soft and uncomfortable. But the view and location in Blue Mountain Beach will bring me back. I'd stay here again.

This unit has an incredible view from both front and side windows. Clean and nice. The beach is just downstairs. You can watch sunset. There is a organic grocery just 3 mins walk. We will definitely come back next time we visit here.

We had a great experience booking our vacation condo with 360 Blue. The reservations agents were very pleasant and efficient in the booking process and prompt to respond to a couple of requests after our arrival. The unit was lovely, extremely clean, and as pictured in the website photos. We appreciated the starter kits of toiletries in each bathroom. The kitchen had a helpful starter kit of several items including dishwashing and dishwasher soap(2 pods),and laundry soap(2 pods). A bag of ground coffee was provided for the coffee maker. The Adagio complex of buildings and grounds was lovely and well-maintained. Overall, we were very pleased with the entire experience which we attribute to the high standards of management provided by 360 Blue. We look forward to returning!

My husband & I stayed in this unit while traveling for business. I've stayed in another unit in Adagio once before & we love the complex. This unit was very clean & much larger than we needed just for the 2 of us, but we'd love to come back & bring our family. We loved being directly on the water. The views were gorgeous. We loved watching the sunrise & sunsets! The kitchen had great appliances. My only complaints are: the toilet in the master bath flushes slowly, the water pressure in the master shower is minimal, & there was not a Keurig, only regular coffee maker with very good local coffee but no filters provided. Minimal complaints for a lovely unit! We look forward to coming back!

My family and I come to Santa Rosa Beach each year and this is our first stay at Adagio. The property is well maintained and the pools are wonderful and spacious. Unit C-405 is large with a spacious kitchen, huge refrigerator and the Ice Maker is a Life Saver! The beautiful ocean views in this unit cannot be beat!. On the day we arrived, there was water dripping on the floor from under the kitchen sink cabinet near the dishwasher. We called 360 Blue on our way to dinner at Goatfeathers and the issue was fixed before we got back to the condo, very prompt professional service from 360 Blue and maintenance. Hate to point this out, but floors were not mopped when we arrived, only vacuumed. Mentioning this because I'm sure it's expected! The mstr bedroom carpet needs to be cleaned badly (probably difficult to get done during peak season?). Internet svc in unit just does not work. Arrived on June 22nd to a beautiful scene outside our 4th floor balcony. Blue water, clear skies and a wonderful condo. NIce living quarters with four bedrooms and three baths. The kitchen was well stocked with upgraded appliances. Quiet 4th floor with a corner room.

Condo is beautiful. Love the corner condo with almost panoramic view of the gulf. Very spacious and nicely decorated. Definately the nicest condo We have stayed in. Thanks Ken and Karla!! Great place. We really appreciated not just the easy beach access, but also the multiple swimming pools. The amenities were very nice. The outdoor grill was kept very clean and high quality. Very few negatives. The internet was a little slow and didn't quite reach the entire unit. Not a huge deal. Overall would definitely stay here again.

This was our second year at this specific condo, Adagio, and we love the location of this unit. We had a couple issues with setting up WiFi, called the office and got all the assistance we needed, and she was very cordial and nice. We have two complaints that should be easy to remedy; we rented this 4 bedroom unit because it had enough large beds for mostly adults, as many folks would do. Only the den tv worked well, and we expected them all to work, especially paying as much as we did. Also, the carpet was filthy. If it cannot be cleaned satisfactorily, then it should be changed out. We left the unit in good shape, and you should expect everyone to do so, or correct the problem. We will most likely rent this unit again, but will make sure this is not an issue prior to leasing. Beautiful condo. The weather and beach was great the whole trip. The unit was very large and fit our 7 adults and 4 preschoolers perfectly. Extras that we don't usually see are a pack-and-play, separate ice maker and Vikings appliances. Top quality. We would love to rent it again. 360 staff, local staff and app were very helpful too!

We had a wonderful time staying here. It was clean, spacious, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We did have trouble with the fridge at first and the air but it was taken care of right away. The pools are clean and the views and access to the beach was very nice. Would definitely stay again!

This condo was beautiful, inside and out! We were two families with four adults and six kids. Plenty spacious in the condo, at the beach and at the pool. Very clean. The Blue Mountain Creamery, the souvenir shop across the street and Grayton Beach Seafood Company were fabulous finds near the condo. Thank you for an excellent 30A experience!

Our stay was cover by Sandcastle kids for my youngest daughter who has a brain tumor. They (sandcastle kids) made sure we had the best, and lots to do, and totally taken care of. It was just the three of us. The girls favorite part of the trip was the dolphin tour, but my (mom) favorite part was spending time in our beautiful beach side condo, watching Netflix(lol). It's been a really rough past two years for us. This was a much needed vacation for all of us to enjoy each other and life. I really hate to leave such a wonderful place, but it's back to my life. Tropical storm Cindy took about 2 1/2 days from us this week but we made the most of it. This unit was phenomenal and plenty spacious for the 8 of us. Very comfortable and well appointed. Somewhat expensive for primetime but understandable. Only disappointment was pool situation when beach was closed. It was so crowded and apparently you dont have to be a guest to access the pool. Unfortunately its all about timing. Nothin to keep us from returning. Extremely nice place.

We loved this condominium! It is so beautifully decorated and well-furnished. We had 3 couples and 4 children ranging in age from 14 to 9. The condo was spacious and very clean. It had everything we needed and more. The ice maker was a huge plus!! We loved the beach and pools! We also enjoyed the gorgeous views from the balcony. We had a great lunch at AJ's in Grayton Beach and visited Blue Mountain Beach Creamery 3 times for ice cream. What a wonderful week it has been!

This unit far exceeded our expectations! It was absolutely beautiful---the view, decor, furnishings, grounds---everything! We had two families-4 adults 9 kids (2 were toddlers) and we had PLENTY of space never feeling like we were on top of each other. Loved having the full size washer and dryer and ice maker. Lots of wonderful memories made. 360 Blue was absolutely amazing to work with. They made everything so simple. Also, we recommend The Local Catch---wonderful food and service! Thank you!!!

Adagio is one of the nicest small property complexes on the gulf. Safe, secure, and quiet. We continue to evaluate this location for ownership, so staying here is part of the plan. 405c is one of 6 top floor (4) gulf facing corner units. Fact that it is on the western end make it the best for views, sunsets and sitting and relaxing. The condo is huge by condo standards, plenty of space, and will handle 10 comfortably. It is very clean and well maintained. Furniture while a bit dated is none the less clean and comfortable. Bedrooms are all super. Kitchen is also great. Beach access is crazy convenient, and the pools are large, well maintained and great for families with kids of all ages, Workout facility is also super. Bottom line, outstanding on every front. 360Blue experience was phenomenal start to finish. Thanks y'all.

Beautiful location in unit - great views. Slow internet, sheets very rough. Unit did not have a can opener or cutting board. Would be nice to have a had a basket on bikes. Couch needs new cushions, would be nice to have some more comfortable patio furniture. We bought light weight blankets since comforters very heavy. TV/internet needs an instruction sheet. The 360 team was great - very prompt response on all questions and issues. We would definitely stay here again.

Adagio is one of the nicest small property complexes on the gulf. Safe, secure, and quiet. We continue to evaluate this location for ownership, so staying here is part of the plan. 405c is one of 6 top floor (4) gulf facing corner units. Fact that it is on the western end make it the best for views, sunsets and sitting and relaxing. The condo is huge by condo standards, plenty of space, and will handle 10 comfortably. It is very clean and well maintained. Furniture while a bit dated is none the less clean and comfortable. Bedrooms are all super. Kitchen is also great. Beach access is crazy convenient, and the pools are large, well maintained and great for families with kids of all ages, Workout facility is also super. Bottom line, outstanding on every front. 360Blue experience was phenomenal start to finish. Thank y'all.

We had a wonderful time. Beautiful weather and a great condo with a fabulous view. Plenty of space and a well equipped kitchen. Some of the dishes could have been cleaned better. We cleaned before using. Some of the info was confusing about whether you could bring your own chairs and umbrella to the beach or whether you were required to rent. Half of the beach in front of condos is designated rental and half is open for guests to bring their own beach gear during the time of our visit.

Nice time, good trip, great weather. Condo was perfect for 3 families that came. Suggestions: you can rent or bring your own chairs and umbrellas for the beach. Information out there is a little confusing on what is allowed. Overall the condo (Adagio 405C) was nice and clean. We did run into a couple of hiccups: insufficient potholders available, two burners on the stove not functioning, some of the pots, dishes were left dirty from the previous visitors. Nothing that the managing property company cannot correct for future guests.Otherwise, it was clean and in great shape. We will stay there again. Mid September the crowds are gone, so the beach and the surrounding areas are quiet. We go at this time every year. This is the second year that we have stayed at Adagio. We plan on staying there again next Sept.

We stayed in Adagio C-405. We really enjoyed the condo. The view was beautiful!! The condo was clean and very comfortable. The kitchen was very well equipped for cooking. It would have been nice to have information in the condo recommending restaurants and activities in the area. The activities offered by 360 sounded like a lot of fun but were to highly priced for a family of 8. Flippers adventures evening dolphin tour was fun and worth the money. Saw many Dolphins. The bikes were great to have. It would be nice to have a few beach chairs available to use. 360 was easy to work with, I would rent through them again.

We stayed in Adagio c405 for two weeks. Everything about 360 was great and we got prompt return calls if they weren't able to answer. I would definitely rent through them again. One thing I would suggest, in this unit, is some updated furniture in the living area and patio, although it serves it's purpose, for the price we payed it could easily be updated. The master bed mattress is not as good as the other rooms and could be replaced as well. We had a great week and adagio us great for families!! Must tries for this area are Lo Loba bakery for cinnamon rolls and granola, Local Catch, jimmy mctigues pizza and Ruben

We absolutely loved the condo we stayed in - Adagio C-405 and the view was wonderful. Our only issue was that the beach service guys take up 2/3 of the beach, leaving only 1/3 for guests who choose to bring their own umbrellas and chairs. Most days, not even 1/2 of the rentals were taken, while the other 1/3 of the beach was packed. We loved the condo, but it's unlikely we will stay there again. However, 360 Blue was awesome as usual. We will certainly rent through you again!

We LOVE coming to this condo rain or shine- the view is beautiful from the condo, the beach is perfect- never overcrowded, and we love the 30A area. The pools are perfect too! Condo is beautiful. Love the corner condo with almost panoramic view of the gulf. Very spacious and nicely decorated. Definately the nicest condo We have stayed in. Thanks Ken and Karla!! A week we definately needed to get away from the real world.

We had a wonderful time! This was the nicest condo we've ever stayed in. There was plenty of room for our large group and we had a baby with us. The pools were awesome and my favorite part was the location and views of the beach - absolutely beautiful! Hopefully, we will be able to stay here again in the near future.
