The second floor is the heart of the home, with breathtaking views of Allen Lake from the main living area, complete with cozy furnishings facing a large TV with surround sound. Prepare delicious meals in the fully equipped kitchen featuring sleek, high-end appliances, elegant granite countertops, and a 4-stool breakfast bar. Dine in style at the spacious formal dining table overlooking the lake, with a mix of chair and bench seating for 10. To access the beach, head south on Hilltop Drive towards 30A; once arriving at 30A, take a left, and access will be on the right side.

The house was perfect for our family of ten. The home was fully stocked with all the amenities for Christmas Dinner. The pool and Golf cart made the vacation a blast! We love staying in Dune Allen and this home was so close to the beach!
