Stairs lead to a spacious screened-in porch with beautiful views of the Gulf and a cafe table and chairs—perfect for dining outside. Sliding glass doors open to the home’s bright, airy living, kitchen, and dining area with tile floors and beach-inspired decor. A queen sleeper sofa and chairs face a 55” TV in the living area. A dining table seats 4, leading to a galley-style kitchen with lots of space to prepare beach snacks and meals. A guest bedroom off the kitchen shares a bathroom with the living area. A primary bedroom enjoys access to a private bathroom. Guests can easily access the white sand beach by using the community beach access located across the street.
