*Bring your boat on vacation! There are 8 anchor buoys in the basin (Bay Side) that guests can tie their boats to, and leave them overnight. Please be sure to anchor the back of the boat with your own anchor to ensure it's stable. The trailer will still need to be put in the parking area outside of the gate. The buoys are first come first serve. Please note that High tide water is 3 to 4ft – Low tide 1 to 2 ft.
*Weddings are not allowed at this home. If this policy is violated, you may be asked to vacate the property, forfeit any rental payments, and be subject to HOA, community, and 360 Blue fines.
