The service and response time was good. The condo we stayed in was very nice. We will rent again, however, the unit needs a deep cleaning. There were a lot of stains on the upholstery.

We stayed for a week in C202 with our friends. We had 10 that slept comfortably in the well appointed unit. The views are fantastic from the balcony that overlooks the beach.

We enjoyed our stay. Beautiful place. Only downfall is the beach is way too crowded. It will be hard to be excited to come back with the beach area being so small for such a large property.

The unit and view was spectacular. Unfortunately I must fault 360 Blue for the gate card mess we went through. Saturday arrival did not have any cards for us at security box. Guard let us in and we found one card inside unit. Since family staying with us required another gate card, it took until Wednesday to get the second card. A lot of emails and phone calls ensued, very upsetting. 360 Blue and the Condo homeowners association should be better prepared. Not a good way to start our vacation.

Perfect location right between Alys and Rosemary. Condo was perfect size for our family and the big balcony was a huge plus. Parking was good. Grocery store nearby. While the condo was clean enough, all the floors really need a deep cleaning. The stairwells and grounds are minimally maintained and cleaned. I expected a little more for an upscale location but suspect the pandemic may have something to do with that. Reserving beach service in advance is a must ($$$$) since the beach is crowded with all the people shuttled over from across the street. Complimentary bikes were nice addition to the rental. Will consider renting this unit again to give it a second chance!

Wonderful place to stay. The condo had everything you need. Balcony is great. Sunsets were awesome. Cooked in a lot because Covid and the kitchen view is spectacular. Needed some help with bikes and 360Blue responded quickly. The bikes however need some work overall. Will stay again.

Ray We had six adults and 4 little children. This rental was decorated great. It's right on the beach and the balcony view was beautiful. 360 Blue's response to the minor issues we had was excellent. I would, of course, rent this unit again.

KYMA 202 sunset villas at seacrest was a great place!! Perfect for large group of ladies. Very well equipped kitchen. Beautiful updated decor. The balcony was the best I've ever seen. Highly recommend. Beach service (umbrella and chairs) would have made it perfect!!

We had 4 adults and 5 kids staying in this condo. The location was perfect and we loved watching the sunset each evening from the balcony. Beach and pool access was easy. The rooms were comfortable, the decor is very tasteful and there was plenty of space for two families. 360 Blue was very responsive to the minor issues & requests we had and resolved everything within a day. The kitchen is furnished, but not to the same extent / amount of kitchen appliances, pots &pans like others we rented before. We would absolutely rent this condo again...the view of the water makes it so special!

What a beautiful condo! It was windy on the beach, so we spent lots of time on this gorgeous balcony listening to the waves and soaking in the sun. My only complaint - the King bed in the room overlooking the parking lot is past due for replacement. There is a huge dip on each side. It was more than just a soft vs firm mattress. (I like to get good sleep when I'm on vacation.) That said, I would definitely rent this place again. It was lovely, close to everything and our family enjoyed the week.

We gathered here for a ladies' retreat and enjoyed every minute. The furniture was beautiful and comfortable. We spent a lot of time indoors because of the storm, but we had plenty of room for 10 adults. I would definitely recommend this property to others. Because of the time of year, the beaches were empty. It was glorious. Can't wait to go back.

There were 10 in our group. Three generations, with four grandchildren, ages 4 to 13. Was an opportunity for family beach time at Thanksgiving. Accommodations were great for three families, lots of visiting on the balcony. Loved the sunsets! All was good!

We had six of us staying at the condo for a ladies getaway long weekend. We loved the layout and decor of this place and the location was perfect with an amazing view. Very comfortable beds and furnishings. Everything was very clean and neat. We appreciated the complimentary coffee that 360 provided as well - nice touch. I will say that this is definitely the most ""bare bones"" rental I have ever stayed in - no beach chairs or umbrellas available (and oddly no beach service included, though it IS available for an extra cost). There were 4 bikes included, which was a nice amenity, though we didn't get to use them. But I would have preferred beach chairs over the bikes. Not a big deal and it wouldn't keep me from renting this place again. Early November was a great time to be at Seacrest. We had the run of the beach and the weather was very nice! I have stayed at a different place in Seacrest during high season and like other reviews mention, the beach is packed 4 or 5 rows deep - not ...

We had a lovely time even though the weather was a bit cold. We fell in love with the area and thought this unit was awesome. It had everything we needed and was exquisitely decorated. We felt right at home and would absolutely come back. It was even perfect for our young children as the bunk beds were a great addition.

Beautiful condo very well equipped and furnished nicely. Staff at 360 Blue were very attentive and helpful with a maintenance issue. My only complaint was the extremely crowded beach with chairs and umbrellas four deep. That is my reason for 4 star. Cannot imagine the summer crowds!!!!

The place was beautiful and very convenient to the beach if your not handicapped. There is an elevator to get to the condo but to the beach was a bit of a tackle. When we reserved the condo we were informed that we would have 2 beach chairs provided for us. Well they were not available so my mother spent $300 on beach chairs that she only got to use once due to the stairs to the beach were too much for her to handle. Other than that we had a great time!

We had a wonderful time - this property was great - stunning views, quick access to pool and beach. Bike availability was great too! Our only complaint was that the bedroom windows didn't stay open and ceiling fan in master bedroom was at full blast or nothing (possibly user error)? We loved the location- close to everything ! Beautiful condo, very clean, spacious and great for our family of 3 couples, a toddler, and a baby in the group. Loved the easy walk to beach and pool. 360 Blue was great to help with any issues very quickly. Loved having the bikes available as well. The owner should forgo renting the beach chairs unless they are renting from the approved HOA company as the one she rented from was so far down the beach it was not worth the trek down the beach even when the little ones were not with us. The first day we had to call several times before the guy arrived with the chairs at almost 11:00 am. So we just paid the price and rented from Sea Oats and had a wonderful experience on the beach. The company the owner rented from assured us they would place the chairs in front of the vacant lot close to condo but it was always way down the beach in front of another vacant lot. There was only one parking pass, need to let renters know ahead of time there is only 2 parking spaces and suggest alternative ...

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Villas. This was our 3rd time at the Villas and first time with 360 Blue. We loved the bikes that were provided. Overall great vacation and experience! Great customer service with 360 Blue.

Great place. Only complaints were the beach was WAY more crowded than expected and way more crowded than any other area on 30A we've stayed. May choose different location without so many people dumping into one beach access. Also more seating or a table on the balcony would be nice for more than 2 people to enjoy it. Very clean and roomy and well appointed otherwise.
