This recently completed 7,000 square foot home is spacious enough to accommodate 22 guests in its 8 bedrooms, 8 full bathrooms and 2 half baths. The grand foyer will take your breath away with its attention to detail in the architecture and design. The first floor features a floor-to-ceiling custom bookshelf and wet bar built into the wall, adjacent to an open living area and kitchen. The home was designed to maximize the sweeping views of the Gulf with expansive windows. Smart home integration, reclaimed hardwood floors salvaged wooden beams, and Venetian plaster walls indicate a casual, luxurious style of the home. Marble tiling on the backsplash and countertops, premium appliances, and seating for 12 guests plus additional bar seating are just a few of the extraordinary details found in the gourmet kitchen. There is one bedroom on the first floor with a queen bed and use of a shared hallway bathroom.
Utilize the elevator or stairs to get to the second floor, where you'll find 2 Gulf-front guest suites with access to an incredible, expansive balcony with unobstructed access to the crystal-clear water as well as a bunk room. There are 2 rooms with a king bed, balcony access with sliding glass doors, and en-suite bathrooms. There is also a room with 2 sets of twin-over-twin bunk beds and trundles attached with a private bathroom. The third floor has 2 additional Gulf-front master suites with king beds, spacious en-suite bathrooms and identical balcony views as the second floor. The third floor also features an additional living area with a cozy sofa and large flatscreen TV.
The home also includes a fenced, Gulf-facing, and heated pool with a full outdoor kitchen and tanning shelf on the pool. It includes a direct boardwalk to private beach access. The carriage house located above the garage provides 2 additional full bedrooms. It has its own living area, full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and balcony. The first bedroom features a queen bed and private bathroom, while the other is a king and has an en-suite bathroom as well. It's perfect for those requesting extra privacy and can accommodate 6 guests, including a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. This majestic property truly exudes a sense of solitude and minutes from some of the best 30A restaurants!
