    We loved our stay here! Honestly, this was the most relaxed vacation I have had. We loved having a private pool and my son loved the outdoor shower. Having the wet bar downstairs was so helpful to keep quick lunch items available and keep our outdoor loving son happy. There were plenty of amenities to take down to the beach. It was wonderful having the wagon to carry chairs, toys, towels, and a cooler. The house was spacious and we will definitely be back with other family members, so they can enjoy this slice of paradise. The beach was beautiful and the area of 30A was a fun place to explore. Highly recommend!

    We absolutely loved the house and the location. The pool area is gorgeous and loved swimming & sitting in the spa. It is beautiful at night! A few things to consider- there was no bike pump and one of the tires on the bike was flat. There were no beach towels, which if you are traveling take up a lot of space. I wish they were provided. The coffee maker requires filters. They provided a small bag of coffee which was convenient but no filters. It took us a day to figure out the door alarm system which is actually a safety alarm for the pool. I wish all the codes for the gates, house, garage & bikes were all the same. We loved all the dining seating options throughout- we have a large family and it was nice to have dinner at the same table. We grilled out almost every night and appreciated having the grill. Publix is a short drive so it was easy to get groceries. The beach was lovely and the access is a very short walk. Easy to bike to all the local areas. We were very happy with everyth...

    Place was impeccable, beautiful back yard and very walkable to Seaside. Bikes were a plus. Only issue was the pool alarm that we were not aware for checking. Would definitely stay here again.
