A beautiful white-picket fence and porch with 2 rocking chairs greet guests upon arrival. Inside, white wainscotting and golden wood floors add elegance throughout the home. A huge sectional provides plenty of plush seating for the whole group to relax and watch TV after a day in the sun. Continue into the kitchen, featuring granite countertops, an open layout, and a breakfast bar for 4—perfect for entertaining guests as dinner simmers in the background. A dining table to the side seats up to 8 guests or indulge in an evening meal under the stars at the outdoor table for 6. There is a propane grill for barbecue lovers! We had a great stay with 360Blue, staying at Heaven Scent in Seaside. The home was in a perfect location so we could walk or ride bikes to take advantage of the local amenities. The bikes complimentary bikes were a major plus and much appreciated. The property manager for the home reached out proactively prior to and during our stay to make sure our stay was exceptional. Very much looking forward to our next trip to 30A with 360Blue!

House was nicely updated and painted. The beach was perfect. However, please let renters know the specific HOA rules at the pavilions. We brought a tent and didn’t know the rules about tents.

Heaven sent was the perfect cottage for me and two teenage girls. They enjoyed having the 2nd floor for themselves and being so close to to Seaside shops and restaurants. A bonus was being close enough to Seaside Chapel to see two wedding parties!

We stayed at Heaven Sent and absolutely enjoyed the stay. The home was larger than expected and we had plenty of room. The only issue was we didn’t have hot water the first night but the Management staff took care of us right away. We love the quick access to the beach and all the shops. This was our second trip to Seaside and will be back again!

Great home, we will rent again! We had a great stay. That said, there are a few items that should be addressed. In the downstairs main bedroom, there was a hole overhead. It rained one afternoon and water was dripping down the hole. The downstairs shower looked like it was redone recently and the shower head was not properly installed- it was spraying water all over the walls. Other than that, great stay but just a few items to take care of for the next guest. Thank you!

We really enjoyed our stay at “Heaven Sent.” It was close enough to easily walk to the beautiful beach, even with bags of gear in tow. 6 adults and 3 teenagers easily fit into the 4 BR house. We have already discussed returning to Seaside for another vacation next year!

We loved this property! We visited with 2 moms and 7 teenage girls! The property was a fabulous location, had plenty of room for all 9 of us, and was so well stocked! We brought and purchased everything we thought we would need, but the property was so well stocked we didn't end up needing nearly as much as we thought. The only thing missing was dishwasher pods - which we did purchase - but we were surprised there wasn't one or two provided. Overall a wonderful value! The location, again, was top notch! We would definitely stay again!

this was a great house for our family. we & our two adult daughters & their husbands. the location was terrific. we also enjoyed the bikes a great deal. the only thing lacking for us was a large outdoor space. the porches are small & narrow. we made do however & had a great time. ps....I wouldn't count the bonus bedroom as an actual bedroom unless you have small children who need to sleep near you because it is actually a part of the master suite. we had thought grandparents might come. thank goodness they didn't! it would never have worked. we used it as a snoring room for my husband!

I am so happy that we found this home to stay in during our stay for my bachelorette trip to Seaside!! There were six girls total and we had plenty of space and loved the layout of the house. Check in and check out were so smooth and easy. The first night the toilet upstairs wasn't working, but someone came to fix it as soon as we called and I even got a call from property management after making sure it was fixed and if we needed anything else. Beautiful house, perfect location, and such amazing customer service! I just got home and I can't wait to come back!

We really enjoyed staying in your home. The layout was perfect for our two families (2 adults and young child along with another 2 adults and 2 children) having two separate living areas on each floor. We very much enjoyed having an open floor plan to spend time together and the 6 person dining table for game nights. The home is updated, very clean, has a walk in closet, walk in pantry, main floor laundry, and comfortable beds. We also loved the design of the home from the staircase to the wide open hallway upstairs, the artwork in the bedroom upstairs. Having two covered porches was great to store beach gear, etc. we very much appreciated the bottle of wine left to us by the owners. That was quite thoughtful and enjoyed learning more about them from their framed biography in the kitchen. The location is just one street over from the chapel, Ruskin Park, and shops/restaurants. Our first visit to Seaside was amazing!! This rental accomodated our group perfectly - three adults, and 7 teenagers. The proximity to the beach, shops, and dining was ideal. The four bikes that were provided were used daily by the four teenage girls in our group. We would definitely choose to stay here again - we felt right at home from the minute we walked in the door!

We had a great time. The kitchen, living room and screened porch were our favorite places. The downstairs room layout was a problem - the room with twin beds was part of the master suite, which would be great with little kids, but was not good for us, as our kids are older teenagers, so it was awkward. But the kitchen was well equipt, and the washer and dryer were very appreciated. Also, I really wish small pets were allowed. I missed my 5 year old, fully house-trained, 4 lb dog.

We have had a great stay, but a few punch list items for your next guest. All of these were noted as we stayed and not as a result of our stay: 1) Toilet upstairs tends to run for long periods of time. 2) TV in Queen BR upstairs is fuzzy and hard to view. 3) Plugs in MBR and Upstairs Bath are not functioning. 4) One of the bar stoles is broken at the bar 5) Back fence lock is hard to operate. Otherwise, great visit and we look forward to our stay over the New Year!
