Guests will enjoy community beach access, a private pool, a sitting spa, a game room, and the quiet luxury of vacationing on the peninsula. A spacious pool with a small sun shelf and steps at either end is surrounded by comfortable lounge chairs and a large sitting spa in the home’s fenced backyard. Guests may take the stairs or elevator to the first floor, which has a guest bedroom, a primary bedroom, and a large wrap-around balcony. A small sitting area divides the two bedrooms. The guest bedroom has a king bed, a private bathroom with a shower/tub combo, and opens to a balcony overlooking the neighborhood. The primary bedroom has an upholstered king bed, sliding glass doors that open to a wrap-around porch with views of the pool below, and a private bathroom with double vanity, soaking tub, and separate shower. An open kitchen, living and dining area, and a guest bedroom are on the second floor. Luxury vinyl floors and a beautiful tongue and groove ceiling add to the refined coastal aesthetic. 2 comfortable sofas and chairs surround a large TV in the living area and are flanked by a dining table that seats 6. Sliding glass doors from the living area open to a screened porch with an outdoor dining table and lovely views of Cape San Blas. Guests can nap on the game room’s twin day bed with twin trundle or opt to stay in the bunk room, which has a twin-over-full bunk bed.
