DETAILS: One of the finest homes Watercolor has to offer, 105 Park Row is a fabulously decorated home that overlooks the Gulf, State Park, and rare Coastal beauty of this area! The back of this home borders Grayton State Park - making the covered deck that runs the length of the home extremely private. The second floor has an open floor plan and contains the kitchen, bunk room, dining area, living room, and powder room. The kitchen is fully outfitted with stainless steel appliances and a separate wine/beverage refrigerator. The third floor of the house features a luxurious primary suite with a King-sized bed, sitting area, and private covered porch. The large walk-in closet features a built-in closet system. Outside of the primary bedroom is the loft, which features a sitting area. The two additional bedrooms are located on the first floor of the home. Both are large with King-sized beds, private bathrooms, and flat screened TV's. On the first floor, the laundry room features GE high-efficiency front-loading washer and dryer and comes with a clothes iron and ironing board. 105 Park Row has a 2 car garage for guest use.     The rental home was absultely perfect, no issues at all. Gorgeous space with all the amentities needed, and a short walk to the beach. the 360 team was very communicative and easy to work with - we woudl 100% stay again and recommend to anyone!

    Absolutely loved this property. Great for kids and adults- littles loved the bunk beds and adults all had rooms with on suite bathrooms which was fantastic. Location is literal steps from the shops, beach club and beach access. Without being in the actual beach itself, this is as close as it gets. Also enjoyed the golf cart that came with the property. Home was clean, spacious and beautiful. Would rent again!

    Great house and amazing location! Very close to everything we needed, as well as a ton of privacy! Great house for the kids being so close to the beach and pool! 100% would recommend!
