With its comfortable furnishings and fabulous location, this will be your perfect vacation retreat. You will be welcomed by the warm tones, high ceilings, hardwood floors, and plenty of cottage charm in the great room. You will be able to enjoy meals from the wonderful kitchen, with its high-end appliances, granite countertops, and stunning cabinetry. The peaceful living room, dining room, and splendid kitchen are all included in an open floor plan for everyone to enjoy after a fun-filled day at the beach. On the first floor, the primary bedroom has a king bed, flatscreen TV, and access to a screened porch. There is a connecting bathroom with double vanity, a tub, and a shower with an amazing rain shower head. You will also find a guest bedroom with a king bed with a connecting bathroom with a single vanity and a shower. The second floor has a second primary bedroom with a king bed and a connecting bathroom with double vanity, a shower/tub combination. Lastly, there is a bunk room that has 1 bunk and 2 full beds, which makes it great for the kids! This bedroom has a connecting bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo. This house has ample indoor and outdoor space, making for a truly great gathering spot for everyone to spend time together.     Such a cozy, beautiful home! So many personal touches! The little bath and kitchen starter boxes were such a thoughtful (and helpful) touch! Loved the house story on the wall, which explained so many details about the house

    Great location walkable to Seaside. Short drive or walk to Grayton and the Red Bar. Enjoyed access to the beach club and the golf cart is the nicest golf cart on 30A! Was a nice change of pace in the winter when it’s not so crowded. 10/10
