Community amenities include pools, lounges, and stunning scenic views of the Gulf of Mexico. Guests will love relaxing on the multiple private porches or in front of the outdoor fireplace of this home. Reclaimed beams and washed hardwoods accentuate the stunning open floor plan as guests enter the great room on the first floor of the 2-story Main House. The gourmet kitchen includes Thermador appliances, gleaming countertops, and a spacious island that doubles as a breakfast bar for 4. There’s plenty of comfortable seating in the living area. Sink into one of the 2 cozy couches and watch a favorite movies on the 65” TV. An 8-person table in the private dining room overlooks the outdoor space, or guests can dine while enjoying the fresh evening air at the table for 6 on the screened porch. On the terrace, guests will find a patio and grill. Curl up in front of the brick-accented outdoor fireplace and sip a nightcap to unwind after a day of activities. When it’s time to retire, there is a primary bedroom with a king bed and a private bathroom on the first floor. Head upstairs to a quiet second-floor living area with a 42” TV, a twin-over-twin bunk bed, and a queen sleeper sofa—perfect for guests who don’t mind sharing a space. There are 2 guest bedrooms with a king bed each and 1 guest bedroom with 2 queen beds. Tucked away in the Carriage House, guests will find a kitchenette, living area, private bathroom, and guest bedroom with a king bed. A full sleeper sofa offers additional sleeping options. Indulge in a relaxing WaterColor vacation at 140 Flatwood Street. Parking for 4 vehicles and a complimentary 6-seater Low-Speed Vehicle makes exploring the area simple. For beach access, choose from the private beach club in main WaterColor, the public Van Ness Butler access between WaterColor and Seaside, or the public Santa Clara beach access in Seagrove. If this policy is violated, you may be asked to vacate the property, forfeit any rental payments, and be subject to HOA, community, and 360 Blue fines. **Effective March 15, 2014, Low-Speed Vehicle rentals in WaterColor must be made through The Electric Cart Company and will be limited to 80 vehicles throughout the community. Only one cart may be rented per home, and rentals will be granted on a first-come, first-served basis.

    We absolutely loved our home! The outdoor fireplace made the trip, especially with the small kids in the evening making s’mores. Plenty of supplies, especially in the kitchen area. The golf cart was loved by all, the neighborhood is breathtaking. We will be back.
