Guests staying in WaterColor will have access to the newly expanded WaterColor Beach Club. It features a new main pool and lounge area, a second pool deck with additional lounge seating, a third pool with zero-entry, an enhanced WaterColor Grill, and a new sunset bar, Costa Chica. All have scenic views of the Gulf of Mexico.
DETAILS: This 5–bedroom, 5.5–bathroom WaterColor home at 146 Silver Laurel Way sleeps 12. Guests will love watching the sunset sky ablaze with color from a tower with Gulf views. Cozy reading nooks, huge porches, luxurious appliances, and close to community pools, parks, and beach access from the Park District!
On the first floor, a guest bedroom with a king bed, private bathroom with shower, and a private entrance sits across from a dining room with seating for 6. An open kitchen with a smartly designed L-shaped island features premium appliances, 2 sinks, a wine chiller, and gas range. The island extends into a table with seating for 5 and creates a nice sense of division in the living area. The living room surrounds a flat-screen TV with tons of natural light from floor-to-ceiling windows and doors that open onto a front porch. Doors from the living area also open to stairs that lead down to an outdoor patio with Adirondack chairs and a gas grill.
The second-floor guest bedrooms offer either a queen or king bed with a private bathroom or a semi-private bathroom, and the bunk area has a twin-over-twin bunk bed and a twin bed. The second-floor primary bedroom has a king bed, a private bathroom with a soaking tub, a shower with marble tiles, an enormous porch, and a large wet bar that leads to the porch. A porch bed swing, dining table, sofas, and chairs all enjoy wooded views and fresh breezes.
A landing on the third floor provides space to unwind and relax with a sofa and cozy armchair and leads to a bedroom with a king bed, twin bed, and private bathroom with shower.
A fourth-floor tower provides incredible views of the Gulf and the surrounding community with a comfortable spot to sit and eat or enjoy the sunset.

Weddings are not allowed at this home. If this policy is violated, you may be asked to vacate the property, forfeit rental payments, and be subject to HOA, community, and 360 Blue fines.
Please note: Per HOA Policy, all golf cart rentals in WaterColor must be made through The Electric Cart Company and will be limited to 80 vehicles throughout the community at any given time. Homes are permitted one golf cart per home. Homes with owner-provided golf carts are not permitted to rent an additional golf cart.

Our rental property was beautiful. There were so many unique spots in this home, including 2 large porches. The location was ideal to walk to the beach club and nearby restaurants. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking. The beds are super comfortable. We will definitely stay at this property and use 360 Blue.

We loved our stay @ 146 Silver Laurel Way. The house was perfect with comfortable beds and linens. The house was very spacious to fit our family of 12. The easy walk to the beach, boathouse and Seaside was so nice. The trolley stopped right down the road for Camp Watercolor but also could have walked!

The home was beautiful and the location was ideal. The home has so many nice sitting areas and eating areas. We especially enjoyed all the porches. The bikes and helmets were perfect. Everything worked well. We had a perfect week.
