DETAILS: Dreaming of a WaterColor vacation where you have the convenience of the beach, lake and still be in the center of all the action on 30A? You can have it all at 306 Red Cedar Way! This 4-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom home has many notable highlights, including a private pool, screened porch, outdoor entertainment area, golf cart, and complimentary bikes. To top it all off, it's located in the Camp District of WaterColor, which is near the Town Center of WaterColor, nature trails, dune lakes, Seaside, and it is a short bike ride to the beaches.
The first floor is the home's main floor, which encompasses an open living and kitchen area. The kitchen has premium finishes such as stainless-steel appliances and sparkling white backsplash and countertops. There is seating for 14 at both the breakfast bar and dining table. The living area has plenty of seating surrounding the flat-screen TV and opens up to the screened porch. The porch acts as an additional living area when guests want to enjoy the outdoors, featuring an outdoor fireplace, flat-screen TV, and separate dining area with seating for 12 at the custom-built farm table. There is also a grill for guests to enjoy preparing a fresh meal while enjoying the home's private pool. The first floor also has a half-bathroom and full laundry room down the hall off of the kitchen.
Upstairs, guests can find all of the bedrooms, including 3 matching king suites with private bathrooms. The final room features 2 twin-over-twin bunk beds with a bathroom that is shared with the hallway twin bunk beds. There is also a screened porch on this floor that overlooks the quiet streets of Red Cedar Way.
Guests will have access to the newly renovated WaterColor Beach Club, which has multiple beachfront pools and casual dining options for all ages to enjoy. It's easy to commute around 30A and the neighborhood with a 6-seater golf cart and 4 adult bikes, making Publix grocery runs or bike rides to brunch in Seaside a breeze. This home is perfect for groups of friends or extended family looking for a peaceful, sun-filled getaway!

Weddings are not allowed at this home. If this policy is violated, you may be asked to vacate the property and forfeit any rental payments, as well as be subject to HOA, community, and 360 Blue fines.
Please note: Effective Mar 15, 2014, golf cart rentals in WaterColor must be made through The Electric Cart Company and will be limited to 80 vehicles throughout the community at any given time. Only 1 cart may be rented per home, and rentals will be granted on a first-come, first-served basis.

Our family has been visiting has been vacationing at Watercolor / 30A since 2003. In 2007 we bought a place in Watercolor and sold it in 2021. Since then, we have rented a home thru 360 Blue and have no reason to us anyone else. We had a great time. The responsiveness was fantastic and the house fit what we needed. It was a disappointment that the pool heater was not functioning as the pool was the main reason we selected this home. Despite it being New Year's Day, your staff was able to come out and diagnose the issue, which was impressive, it was just unfortunate that it could not be fixed during our stay.
