I’ve booked through 360 Blue for over 10 years now. This year in particular they blew it out of the water with exceptional service. They assisted me with bike rentals and extra wristbands promptly and with a happy attitude. I even left something behind at the house,they found it, and got it in the mail the same day I called. We also loved the complimentary otter box! The house was well equipped and although the parking was narrow here the bedrooms worked out really well for our 2 kids who even had a few sleepovers with other friends as the Bunk room also has a trundle and a Full so 4 kids could sleep in there. Only house I have ever seen in Seaside with front door on the side. Kitchen was open to family room and doors to the outside are all accordion so when you open them the space expands quite well. We didnt BBQ as its awfully close to the home especially when the accordion doors are open. 360 Blue always delivers for years for us. This is truly for a smaller group of no more than 4-6 people and not conducive to 2 families as there is only 1 inside entertainment area.

Here's the breakdown: Initial booking was hard. Phones constantly have issues or incredibly long wait times. Finally used a chat feature. Very difficult to reach 360 by phone. Had to figure out all the buttons to push on the app to submit a call. The day we were due to arrive, we got a call saying the master shower was leaking but were told the tub had a shower too. There was a lot of confusion over the issue. Upon arrival, the house REAKED of cigarettes smoke. A chair in the living room had a giant rip in it. All were reported immediately. Someone had turned the hot water heater up to 180 degrees so someone had to come and turn it down. The house was spacious with plenty of room. The location was perfect. It was very quiet with an easy walk to the pool. Since we were first timers to Watercolor, we didn't know all the things. Shuttle service to the beach was in season but no special days mentioned so getting to the beach or beach club meant getting in the car. We had a fabulous time ov...

6 adults and 2 toddlers enjoyed a family vacation in this beautiful, spacious home. The kitchen was well equipped. Favorite part of the house was the porches on both levels. Watercolor is a great neighborhood with lots of amenities. Quiet and secluded, yet near the beach. 360 Blue employees were very responsive to any questions or concerns. This gorgeous home, is nicely tucked into a fantastic part of Watercolor, close to the gorgeous Lazy River (newly built since our last trip to the area). The screened in decks, surrounded by woods offer a peaceful area to hang out after a long day at the beach and club pool. The quick access to Publix is a perk! The home has a great layout and is priced well, especially when compared to other homes we have rented before in Watercolor.

We had a perfect stay at 415 West Lake Forest! What a perfect house!! Large screened in porch with plenty of seating, a fireplace, and a tv! The porch is surrounded by trees so you have total privacy! The open living room/kitchen/dining room was perfect for our family while watching our 1 year old explore. The beds and bedding felt like you were sleeping on clouds, and the showers and tubs were INSANE! This was a staycation, and we couldn't have been happier! All of the homes features and amenities were top notch! Not to mention, you have TWO pools within walking distance! Thank you 360 Blue for your continued INCREDIBLE service!! We couldn't ask to be paired with a better rental company; they truly make you feel like royalty while on vacation. BEST HOUSE AND BEST SERVICE FROM 360 BLUE!

We had a fabulous time at this stunning 360 Blue property located in the peaceful community of WaterColor. From the moment we got there, we felt so special and so spoiled. The gift bags were the perfect treat to kick off our stay for the weekend! The rooms were clean, spacious and not to mention well decorated. The living space was just big enough for all of us girls and the large chefs kitchen connected to the living room, made for the perfect central space to gather together. We loved sitting outside on the screened in porch, cozying up by the fireplace, and reminiscing on our year together at Proffitt PR. It was hard to leave this gorgeous house behind, but we will for sure be back in the near future! Thank you so much for the incredible hospitality and for hosting our company stay-cation. We couldn't have picked a better place to get away, relax, and unwind.

Great stay at 415 W Forest Lake. The layout of the house is wonderful...great open floor plan. It was a nice touch to be able to walk in to music and a few lights in the house welcoming us! A small request to improve renters impression...wine and champagne glasses and some stainless bowls were dirty. Would recommend a bit more attention to cleaning kitchen ware before a guest arrives. Other than that...it is a beautiful home with s VERY convenient location!

We had a great time in this lovely house! We enjoyed coffee on the porches and the kids enjoyed tossing the football around out there too when it rained. The master bathroom shower is a little strange. All else was great!

Despite the bust of a week due to weather, we were able to enjoy ourselves indoors. The house has a nice open concept and accommodated our two families well. Loved the outdoor fireplace, though I would provide wood during winter months. We had to troll quite a bit to find firewood. We left some bundles for the next family. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking meals which we did because of rain the first few days. The only two things I would improve would be the cleanliness of house and the washer needs a good cleaning. Loved having good dependable bikes with locks etc. Great idea to donate non-perishable goods.

Another great WC trip vacay! This makes the 9th visit for the Wooten Family to WC and it never seems to get old. I believe this is the first time we have used 360 Blue Properties and very nice first impression. This house was perfect for the 6 adults that made the trip from MS. Lots of room in the kitchen and living area and screened in wrap around porch with outdoor grill. We all had a good laugh and family memory navigating the last step of the stairs entering into the down stairs living area. This is our fourth year to rent a house in Watercolor and this house was by far our favorite. The open kitchen and patios are amazing. Perfect layout for two families. The location is perfectly situated between the frog pool and Camp Watercolor. The donuts and milk delivery on the first morning was a nice touch too! We usually try and rent a different house each year, but we may rent this one again! As always, customer service for 360 Blue was great!! Thanks for a great week!
