You'll feel right at home from the minute you arrive with the home's sprawling front porch with gathering space to greet you. Enter into the home's first floor living and dining space, which features 12' ceilings, massive windows which provide ample natural light and an open, airy floor plan, perfect for entertaining your whole crew. Also located on the first floor is the well-stocked kitchen with high-end appliances, additional eat-in dining space and a luxurious guest bedroom and private bath.
The second floor houses the spacious and beautifully furnished primary bedroom with private ensuite bathroom and patio access. There's an additional cozy sleeping nook with two end-to-end twin beds, separated with a barn door. There is also a bunk room, a perfect spot for the kids to hang out! The second floor guest bedroom features a private ensuite bath and beautiful french doors leading to the massive patio.

Please note: Effective March 15, 2014, golf cart rentals in WaterColor must be made through The Electric Cart Company and will be limited to 60 vehicles throughout the community at any given time. Only one cart may be rented per home and rentals will be granted on a first-come, first-served basis.

The home was so conveniently located to the beach and beach club, shops and restaurants. It is situated on a quiet end of the road which made relaxing on the many porches delightful! The 6 passenger golf cart and bikes were a great addition for getting around. The large dining room table was home to many wonderful dinners cooked in the well appointed chef’s kitchen. We will definitely be back to create more memories!
