All have scenic views of the Gulf of Mexico. DETAILS: The perfect getaway for friends and family, located in a quiet cul-de-sac in WaterColor's beautiful Lake district! This 3-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom home can comfortably sleep 10 guests. Equipped with 3 adult bikes, guests can cruise down the nature paths throughout WaterColor, cul-de-sac offers a safe place for little ones to ride bikes, along 30A or to one of the many neighborhood beach accesses. In addition, guests will gain access to all of the neighborhood pools and a private beach club. The ground floor begins with an open kitchen and living room, The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with brand new stainless steel appliances to prepare a meal for everyone and can seat 8 combined at the breakfast nook and dining table. The primary bedroom is down the hall and has a king bed, an ensuite bathroom, and flat screen TV, with access to the screened-in back porch. A laundry room is also down the hall with a stacked washer and dryer. Additional living space is upstairs, which includes a queen sleeper. Adjacent is a home office and seating area to efficiently work remotely. The bedroom next door has a king bed, a jack-and-jill style bathroom, and a door to the second screened-in, wraparound porch. The last guest room features 2 twin beds, balcony access, and an ensuite bathroom. Spend afternoons lounging on the porch swing of the back porch while using the grill to cook dinner for al fresco dining.     This house was in the perfect area. Walking distance to food, beach, and plenty of areas to work out, run, or walk. The house was set up great. The amenities were wonderful. The outdoor space was excellent, although we did not enjoy it as much (we went in January). Thanks for everything!
