The French Colonial-inspired architecture allows for wonderful outdoor spaces, including sprawling balconies and a private pool where friends and family can gather for the vacation of a lifetime. The first floor is home to 2 guest bedrooms with king beds, both with private bathrooms, one with shower only and the other with shower/tub combo. The second floor - the heart of this retreat - is where you'll find the primary bedroom featuring balcony access and a private bathroom with a shower and soaking tub. Two more guest bedrooms are on the third floor, both with 2 twin bunk beds, 1 twin sleeper, and private bathrooms. Make your way to the gourmet kitchen on the second floor, which is something to behold: A gas range, top-of-the-line Wolf and Subzero appliances, marble countertops, and designer cabinets. It opens to the dining and living rooms highlighted by box beam ceilings and crisp white colors. Just off the kitchen is a wonderfully convenient wet bar, complete with a wine fridge, ice-maker, and sink. Balcony access and proximity to the wet bar makes for a wonderful evening spent with loved ones. Adjacent to the main house is the fully self-sufficient carriage house, complete with a kitchenette, walnut floors, balcony, queen bed, and a bathroom with shower only. This WaterColor retreat sleeps 16. The focal point of the outdoor spaces is, of course, the private pool. Spend mornings at the most beautiful beaches in the world and afternoons poolside with cocktails among friends and family.     The house was perfect for our family. It was close to 30a, Beach Club, etc. We paid for the pool to be heated. The pool heater wasn't working well at all. We are still waiting for our refund for what we paid to heat the pool.

    This house was perfect for our family. We had our family of 12 and plenty of space for everyone! We all love to cook and the kitchen was the major gathering area. Two dish washers was a dream and all 4 washers and dryers got a good work out. The house is nicely appointed. We loved our week at this beautiful property! Thank you!
