DETAILS: Sea-Chase is an elegant mid-century modern home situated on one of the most exceptional lots in WaterColor, making it a prime location to enjoy the views—especially from the extraordinary open-air tower. Just steps from Seaside, this 3-story home is oriented to maximize its serene, private setting while still being close to all the WaterColor amenities. When you step into the beautiful living area, you will be swept away by the tall ceilings and elegant décor with beautiful, soft hues of blue. The gourmet kitchen was designed for entertaining with its fantastic counter space, top-of-the-line appliances, and breakfast bar. Next to the kitchen is the formal dining area with a bar and outside access to the back porch, screened-in dining area, and private pool. There is also a bath beside the laundry area with access to the private outdoor shower adjacent to the dipping pool.
State-of-the-art washers and dryers are located on the first and second floors.
As you travel to the second floor, the long hallway provides access to 2 primary suites that are sure to please with sophisticated décor. Both offer balcony access and large soaking tubs fit for a king! Also on this second floor is a queen room with bench seating along a wall of windows. The last bedroom is a bunk room with 4 twins.
One more set of stairs leads to a family room with a TV/DVD system. An office and seating area with views from the tower's large "circle" windows are also on this floor. Follow the spiral staircase to the top deck and a glass of wine with views of Seaside, WaterColor, and more!

We cannot recommend this home enough!! It accommodates everything a family needs: 4 beautiful bedrooms including 2 master suites and a 3rd floor tvarea as well. Crows nest above the 3rd floor to watch the sunset!! Lovely small spa and outdoor fireplace too. The location is perfect as it walkable to Seaside and Watercolor Beach Club area. Also a short walk away from the Tennis & Racquet Club. Great WiFi and large selection of channels. The kitchen is fantastic for cooking with everything you might need. Loved all the beautiful porches on the 1st and 2nd floors on both sides of the house! It is the best house we have ever stayed at in all our years of coming to Watercolor! Highly highly recommend!

What an awesome place in a wonderful location. Our kids had the best time hopping on their bikes and exploring Watercolor and Seaside. My wife and I enjoyed our daily short walk to the beach and all the great places in the house to relax. I loved the grill and the kitchen too! 10/10.
