In the living space, a comfortable queen sleeper sectional sofa and a 47” TV offer a perfect place to unwind. Granite countertops and stainless steel appliances make the kitchen a great space for preparing family meals, which can be shared at the nearby dining table that seats 6, with 4 additional spots at the breakfast bar. The spacious screened-in porch offers a wonderful area to sip a morning coffee or evening cocktail. In the beautiful primary bedroom, guests will enjoy the lavish king bed and the private bathroom. On the second floor, a natural light-filled guest bedroom features a queen bed, a twin-over-twin bunk bed, and a private bathroom. The Carriage House is an excellent spot for Guests seeking more private accommodations. Weddings are not allowed at this home. If this policy is violated, you may be asked to vacate the property and forfeit any rental payments and be subject to HOA, community, and 360 Blue fines.
Please note: Effective March 15, 2014, golf cart rentals in WaterColor must be made through The Electric Cart Company and will be limited to 60 vehicles throughout the community at any given time. Only one cart may be rented per home, and rentals will be granted on a first-come, first-served basis.
We are happy to welcome up to 2 dogs, not to exceed the weight limit of 50lbs for an additional non-refundable pet fee of $400.
