*This home no longer welcomes pets. Pool heat is available for an additional $50 + tax, per day. No events with a higher number of guests than the occupancy of the house are permitted and there is a minimum age requirement of 25 for renters.
*Weddings are not allowed at this home. If this policy is violated, you may be asked to vacate the property, forfeit any rental payments, and be subject to HOA, community, and 360 Blue fines.
