We had an amazing time staying at the Mediterranea Penthouse. The actual condo unit was beautiful and was perfect for our family of six (2 adults and 4 teens). The inside of the unit was ultra fancy and provided everything we could possibly want during out stay - full size kitchen, several seating areas and plenty of bathrooms and bathrooms. The outside balcony looking over the pool and amazing view of the ocean was amazing. We enjoyed the outdoor area and outdoor dining table several times. Aside from the actual condo, the rest of the facility and location were wonderful. The pool was large and heated and always had plenty of seating and space for our kids to spend some time. The workout room was unfortunately under renovation while we were there, but looks like it will be a nice facility when completed. The walk to the beach was so close. We rented chairs on the beach several times during out stay and walked over to Pompano Joe's for lunch four times during our week long sta...

We have been for several years now & it's wonderful each year. Our family is growing & so this particular property is perfect for the amount of people we have. If we can save up enough $ we'll try to rent it again next year during fall break. If not, we'll look for something a little cheaper. Thanks for your hospitality. 2nd year for an amazing time at Mediterranea C507. Brought hubby this time and he LOVED it as well. The views, the sounds from HUGE lanai - birds and waves - almost heaven. One of our best condo experiences ever and this from us who owned an ocean penthouse in Maui for 20 years - this one is our new fav. We hope to be back and back and back. Kudos to the owners for sharing their paradise home with others. Kudos to 360 Blue - so easy to deal with from reservations, to check in, to small maintenance issue, to check out. Thank you ALL!

The penthouse was amazing. Very spacious interior with stunning views. We had 5 kids in our party so the bunk room was perfect for the kids to have their own space and bathroom. The home was very clean upon arrival. We had two reserved spots in the garage versus only the one that the listing stated so that was a nice surprise however the listing should be updated to reflect this so people can plan appropriately. Also, the listing states and shows pictures of the patio with 6 chaise loungers however only 4 were present and there was not outdoor furniture towards the second master bedroom. There is Lots of room to add more seating to the outdoor space. Lastly, the den/office was a nice space to serve as an additional bedroom however the pullout sofa did not appear to be a memory foam sleeper as it was listed. Thankfully there was a mattress topper available that we could put on that bed.

No complaints whatsoever except vacation had to end. The Mediterranea penthouse in Miramar Beach was everything the pics and descriptions promised. We had such a lovely time! You can immerse yourselves in the many activities or you can just lay on the beach - which is just a short stroll from the condo. We had a ball doing the dolphin cruise, our daughter & boyfriend did parasailing & paddle boarding. Wonderful restaurants within a short walk or drive. It was the perfect week! The property is beautiful! The sounds of the ocean mesmerizing! Just what our family needed!

Our family of four thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful property in a stunning location. Our daily morning coffee time on the massive terrace was truly therapeutic, watching the light, clouds, and ocean change with each passing minute. We lived outside basically, but the inside accommodations were equally superb. The well equipped kitchen allowed for several superb home cooked meals, and it's worth noting that we simply loved the lovely artwork that adorns every room, not to mention the impeccable interior design overall. Coupled with great air conditioning (not always the case in Florida rental properties) and easy access to Scenic Gulf Drive, thereby avoiding the construction headaches on 98, this property is truly a gem! One mixed blessing, however, was the absence of blackout drapes in the master bedroom. The penthouse was wonderful and clean. Lots of space for all our family. You can not beat the view of the Gulf and the pool. We felt very special being able to have stayed at this penthouse. We were still close enough to enjoy the activities in Destin. I would suggest having dish cloths and dish towels to help clean up after dinner. I would definitely rent this penthouse again. Condo, location, surroundings are great. The view is priceless. A few suggestions for the pricing of penthouse and perhaps the overall improvements: Mattress/sheets need updated. Not very comfortable and feel like sand on sheets even from first day-before ever going to beach. Other safety feature is the dryer. Washer and dryer could both use updating for a penthouse. However the dryer does not stop when you open and truly is a safety hazard.. Few cabinets/drawers in kitchen were slightly off hinges but otherwise like I said-the view and space was great...

We had the best New Year's Trip at this place. It is so big, open and spacious with beautiful furnishings and a breathtaking view. Very comfortable beds and the kitchen was well stocked for cooking for a group. The rooms are all good sized. We enjoyed the hot tub, the weather was too cold for the pool, but we did walk down to the beach which is directly across the street. The sunsets were gorgeous. The only drawback was that we had to check out! We're looking forward to staying again in summer.

Loved it! Spent a girls trip in June at this amazing property. I had never been to the panhandle of Florida before and absolutely fell in love with this penthouse and the character and the weather of Miramar Beach. The location was perfect with just the right amount of activities and quiet. We took long walks on the private beach, went boogie boarding, biking, followed by a dip in the pool and hot tub. Took painting lessons and enjoyed daily evening live music right on the beach across the street plus found great shopping and dining all within walking distance. Spent quiet evenings on the balcony sharing a glass of wine and conversation in the well equipped kitchen while cooking dinner, and the bedrooms so comfortable with views of the ocean in each of the master bedrooms. Everything was clean and new, with internet and cable and beautifully decorated. It is definitely a must stay property, i can't wait to go back and share it with my family.

Absolutely 5-Star experience all around. We've stayed at this property close to 10 times now, but there is truly nothing like the Penthouse. It's incredibly well appointed and fully stocked in the kitchen, and was spotless when we arrived. We can't wait to come back!

We had a wonderful time. The penthouse was just beautiful and spacious for a family of 10. The location was perfect, so many activities and restaurants within walking distance. The balcony was incredible! Our family really enjoyed all the space for meals, watching all the beach activities and sunsets. We rented it again in September and can't wait to bring our grandkids . I know they will love it as much as we did!
